We ate lunch this day with Margarita, hotel manager, Maxime, director of Concierge and experiences, and Alexandra, at the hotel restaurant. Sea club of the hotel, based on the culinary wonders that the Mediterranean offers. Once again we enjoy an unbeatable gastronomy.

Then we went to visit the Celler Brugarol winery in Bell Lloc, surrounded by sculptures by Jaume Plensa that we did not hesitate to hug to feel their energy, in addition to the fact that her name Paula reminded me of my daughter and I could not resist.

We did a tasting and, above all, the cap of the bottle caught our attention, which, in addition to the fact that the base is made of iron, bears the name of the broth along with that of the label.

We went for a walk, visiting and remembering previous visits to the town of PeratalladaFantastically preserved, maintaining its charm as a fairy tale town from the Middle Ages, it is like being transported to another era. A marvel to live it.

When we returned to the hotel, we were surprised with an elegant and discreet floral decoration on the beds in both rooms and lit candles on the common terrace.

We got ready to prepare for dinner at Terra Restaurant, whose motto is The authentic Mediterranean flavor, and that night he astonished us with a very special menu of 7 services, accompanied by wines from all over the world. The start of the next day, thanks to the good weather, was to enjoy a great breakfast on the terrace of our Home Suite.

To finish getting to know the surroundings of the hotel, what better way than on some magnificent horses who made the hotel available to us and which both Christian and I were able to enjoy, who rode the one who was Champion of Spain until he was injured and who showed me his title in his impetuous gallop.

After so much sport, we got ready to relax in the Sea Club Jacuzzi, which has wonderful views of the bay of San Felieu while we each enjoyed a cocktail. I chose the Caipirinha, my favorite by far.

We ate oysters washed down with Don Perignon at the Sea Club, Corvina tiradito (carpaccio type) and octopus in a completely new version for me since it is a very local way of cooking it: “octopus remembering January”. The main dish was grilled lobster, one of his specialties, so imagine how it was...

We were so delighted with the food that it was late and we miraculously didn't miss the AVE back. Although we would not have minded continuing to pamper ourselves at the Alàbriga.

You will have already realized that it has been an experience for the senses that we enjoy to the fullest and we hope it will serve as a reference so that you can experience it firsthand.

From here at Viajes Singulares we fervently encourage you to indulge in this luxury experience at its best.
