DAY 2 – WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8, 2026 / CAPE TOWN

     11.30 Cape Town

Arrival at Cape Town airport and meeting with our guide to begin the view of Table Mountain, on the way to the hotel.

Situated at the confluence of the Indian and Atlantic Oceans, between the slopes of the iconic Table Mountain and the shimmering sapphire waters of Table Bay, the exceptionally picturesque Cape Town is one of a kind, with its bustling harbor, world-class beaches, top-quality vineyards, and mountainous surroundings teeming with rich flora and fauna.

We will take a day trip to Table Mountain. High above the city, the ascent through rocky cliffs reveals breathtaking panoramic views of the city, the coastline, and distant Robben Island. Opened in 1929, this iconic cable car takes visitors to the mountain's summit, where hiking trails wind through unique fynbos vegetation and scenic overlooks.

After the visit, arrival at the indicated hotel and accommodation for three nights with breakfast included.

Welcome dinner at the hotel.

Accommodation.

DAY 3 – THURSDAY, APRIL 9, 2026 / CAPE TOWN

Breakfast at the hotel.

Today, we will take a full-day excursion to Cape Point.

The Cape Point Nature Reserve, located at the southern tip of the Cape Peninsula within Table Mountain National Park, is a spectacular convergence of land and sea where towering cliffs rise above the Atlantic Ocean. Famous for its rich biodiversity and endemic fynbos vegetation, Cape Point offers unparalleled panoramic views.

We will travel to the world-famous Cape of Good Hope, a rocky promontory on the Atlantic coast, renowned as a historical landmark in maritime navigation and a hotspot of biodiversity. Discovered by the Portuguese explorer Bartolomeu Dias in 1488, this location marked a crucial route between Europe and Asia.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Next, we'll head to the Boulders Penguin Colony. This popular tourist attraction offers visitors the chance to observe African penguins up close and learn more about them. It's home to over 2.000 of this endangered species. Since 1982, these birds have made their home on this granite rocky beach, which, with its three walkways, provides easy access to the beach area and protected zones, allowing visitors to observe them without disturbing them.

After the excursion, return to the hotel and free time at your leisure.

Accommodation.

DAY 4 – FRIDAY, APRIL 10, 2026 / CAPE TOWN

Breakfast at the hotel.

In the morning, we will take a panoramic tour of the historic city center, the oldest in South Africa, a melting pot of Dutch and British colonial history, Malay culture and the memory of apartheid.

Highlights include the Castle of Good Hope (1666, South Africa's oldest colonial building, a former Dutch fortress with a pentagonal shape), the colorful houses of Bo-Kaap (a historic neighborhood known for its colorful houses and cobblestone streets, the epicenter of Cape Malay culture), City Hall (a 1905 colonial building from which Nelson Mandela gave his first speech after his release), and St. George's Cathedral (known as the "People's Cathedral," fundamental in the fight against apartheid), among others. We will visit the Zeitz MOCAA, the world's largest museum dedicated to contemporary art from Africa and its diaspora, which opened in 2017. Located on the V&A Waterfront, it is notable for being housed within a stunning 1920 grain silo, repurposed by Heatherwick Studio.

Next, we will head to the wine regions of Stellenbosch and/or Franschhoek, in the Cape Province.

With its blend of historic architecture, vibrant student life, culinary delights, and oak-lined avenues, Stellenbosch is a picturesque university town nestled among mountains and vineyards. A walking tour of the town center allows visitors to admire its beautifully preserved Cape Dutch and Victorian architecture. Stellenbosch is also the ideal starting point for exploring the renowned local wine route, which boasts a number of the country's leading wineries.

During the trip, a visit to the wineries will be made, including a tasting, and lunch will be enjoyed at a local restaurant.

Next, a visit to Franschhoek. Idically located in the Cape vineyards, this tranquil rural retreat is one of South Africa's oldest towns. Once a small, quiet village, Franschhoek was named for its French corner, founded by French Huguenots who fled Europe in search of a secluded haven. They found it in the fertile Franschhoek Valley, and this legacy is showcased in the fascinating Huguenot Memorial Museum. The Cape Dutch architecture is remarkably well-preserved throughout much of the town, as restrictions have been placed on renovations and new construction to preserve the spirit of the original settlers.

After the excursion, return to the city in the late afternoon to enjoy a free evening.

Accommodation.

DAY 5 – SATURDAY, APRIL 11, 2026 / CAPE TOWN – VICTORIA FALLS

Breakfast at the hotel.

Known locally as "the smoke that thunders," this spectacular sight can be accessed from both Zambia and Zimbabwe. Unlike other waterfalls, Victoria Falls features a natural walkway directly in front of the falls, offering spectacular views.

Free time to enjoy the hotel and its surroundings, followed by dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Accommodation.

DAY 6 – SUNDAY, APRIL 12, 2026 / VICTORIA FALLS

Breakfast at the hotel.

Today we'll enjoy a visit to Victoria Falls, one of the world's largest waterfalls (1,7 km wide and 108 m high), discovered by David Livingstone in 1855, who also named it after Queen Victoria of England. During the rainy season, the flow is immense, creating a mist visible for miles, while in the dry season the flow decreases drastically, revealing the structure of the gorge.

After the visit, we will go through the artisan markets and then have lunch at the LookOut Café, located on the edge of the Batoka Gorge. Its spectacular views of the gorges and the Zambezi River make this establishment a special place for more than just a meal.

After lunch, we will have free time to enjoy a variety of optional excursions that can be arranged in advance or on site, or to enjoy the hotel's amenities and surroundings.

Accommodation.

DAY 7 – MONDAY, APRIL 13, 2026 / VICTORIA FALLS – CHOBE
